Delete your account or stored data

Request deletion of your MoolSocial account, connected-service data or specific information held by MoolSocial.

Make a verified deletion request

  1. Email hello@moolsocial.com from the address associated with your account.
  2. Use the subject “MoolSocial account or data deletion”. State whether you want the full account, connected-service data or another defined set deleted.
  3. Complete any reasonable identity verification needed to prevent someone else from deleting your information.

After verification, MoolSocial-stored user data covered by the request will be deleted as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days, except limited information we must retain for legal, financial, security, fraud-prevention or dispute obligations.

Connected-service data

A connected-service deletion request stops relevant future actions and deletes associated data held by MoolSocial according to the Privacy Policy. For a connected YouTube account, MoolSocial also revokes the relevant token.

You may independently revoke access immediately through Google Security settings.

Information that may be retained for a limited purpose

Some transaction, payout, tax, fraud, safety, legal or dispute records may need to be retained for a period required by law or necessary to protect users and the service. Retained records are restricted to that purpose and are not used to continue a disconnected feature.

What this request does not delete

MoolSocial cannot delete data held independently by another provider. Deleting MoolSocial-stored data does not itself delete a YouTube channel or content, a bank or payment-provider record, or data held by another connected service. Use that provider’s controls or support where required.
