Ask MoolSocial to disconnect a service
Email hello@moolsocial.com from the address associated with your MoolSocial account. Use the subject “Manage a connected MoolSocial service” and identify the account or service you want disconnected.
Once verified, MoolSocial will stop new authorized actions, revoke the relevant token where supported and delete associated data held by MoolSocial as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days.
Use the connected provider’s controls
Many services also let you remove MoolSocial directly from their account or security settings. Removing access with the provider normally takes effect immediately for future authorized actions.
For a Google-authorized connection, open Google Security settings, find MoolSocial and choose the option to remove or revoke access.
What disconnection changes
- MoolSocial can no longer use private data or perform actions that require the disconnected authorization.
- Scheduled or unfinished actions that still require that authorization will stop.
- Public information may remain available without an account connection.
- Disconnection does not delete information held independently by another service.
- Use the relevant service’s own controls to edit or delete information it holds.
Google and YouTube authorization
If you connected YouTube, removing Google authorization stops MoolSocial from reading private channel data or performing authorized YouTube actions. Public YouTube videos may still be viewable through the official player without a connected account. Disconnecting does not delete videos, comments, subscriptions or channels stored by YouTube.
