1. Agreement and operator
MoolSocial is a product of SuperMandi Tech Pvt Ltd. By accessing or using MoolSocial, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your account and use MoolSocial only when legally permitted. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
Some commerce, creator, work or business features may require additional verification, age, location, role or legal eligibility.
3. MoolSocial services
MoolSocial is developing an AI-enabled social commerce platform that may include social discovery, creator tools, products, services, work, business workspaces, support and connected third-party services. Feature availability may vary by user, location, device, eligibility and release stage.
AI-assisted suggestions are informational unless a feature expressly states otherwise. You remain responsible for reviewing important publishing, purchase, work and business decisions.
4. Connected services
Provider terms may apply to payments, social or content services, commerce, maps, mobility, logistics, communications and identity features. You remain in control of actions submitted to a connected provider.
MoolSocial uses YouTube API Services only for a YouTube feature you choose. By using that feature, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s use of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- Account actions and publishing require the applicable authorization, destination, visibility and your explicit confirmation.
- Payment availability, authorization, settlement and refunds may depend on the selected regulated payment provider and transaction terms shown to you.
- Social, commerce and work features operated by MoolSocial remain separate from a connected provider’s services. MoolSocial recommendations and rewards are identified as MoolSocial features.
5. Your content and publishing
You retain ownership of content you create, subject to any rights you grant for the chosen MoolSocial or connected-service feature. You must have the necessary rights, permissions and disclosures for anything you upload, publish, promote or distribute.
You must review the selected destination, account, title, description, audience, visibility and commercial disclosure before publishing. A successful submission does not guarantee that a provider will publish, retain, recommend or monetize the content.
6. Commerce, creators and work
Product, service, campaign, work, commission, payout and transaction terms will be shown before you proceed. MoolSocial creator earnings are calculated only from eligible activity under the terms shown for each MoolSocial programme. They do not include activity from a connected provider unless a specific authorised programme states otherwise. Payment method, charges, settlement, cancellation, refund and dispute terms will be shown where applicable.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law, infringe rights or distribute harmful, deceptive or abusive content;
- automate or manipulate views, likes, comments, subscriptions, purchases, payouts or other activity;
- scrape, download or bypass restrictions protecting connected-provider content;
- probe, disrupt or misuse MoolSocial security or another person’s account; or
- misrepresent identity, eligibility, commercial relationships or content ownership.
8. Availability, changes and responsibility
We aim to provide reliable services, but no service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or permanently available. External content, accounts and APIs are controlled by their respective providers. We may change, pause or discontinue a feature for safety, compliance, provider, technical or commercial reasons.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Additional terms may apply to particular transactions or regulated services.
9. Suspension, termination and contact
We may restrict access for material violations, security risks or legal requirements. You may stop using MoolSocial and request account deletion subject to necessary legal retention.
